All operations will be carried out through PayPal.
Shipments will be made through Fedex and will only be effective within the continental USA.
What if I receive a defective product?
If you believe you’ve received a defective product, you have 30 calendar days to contact our support team at (305) 593-1669 or email sales@soundtrackusa.com and we’ll respond quickly with assistance.
Our specialized technical team will analyze the product and if we determine the equipment was factory defective under warranty (30 days), we will cover shipping costs within the US to replace it with a new item from the same model back to you.
If our technical team classifies a defective product that has been damaged, dropped, wet, or any accidental misuse, we will send it back to you at your own expense.
All purchases will be final, in no case will we offer refunds.
How to make a return?

- Then you will receive a Fedex return label to your email
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received including all accessories, documentation, and packaging materials.
- If your package was originally shipped double-boxed, please return the unit(s) double boxed.
